  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product or service you have received, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the time and effort spent by our developers on your project.
  • The amount of the partial refund will be determined by the number of hours spent on the project, at a rate of £200 per hour.
  • Any partial refund will be deducted from the original purchase amount.-If a partial refund is granted, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • To request a refund, please submit your request in writing to inbound@amershams.com.
  • The decision to grant a refund is at the discretion of Amershams Digital Ltd and will be based on the specific circumstances of each case.
